Quality Services

Incoming Material Inspection

Perform chemical composition analysis on raw materials, conduct sampling inspection for outer diameter on each batch, and qualify/audit suppliers regularly to ensure material conformance.

Cutting & Machining

Implement initial piece and routine sampling inspections using various gauges, monitor tool setup, program debugging, tool wear, benchmark loosening, chip accumulation, and tool offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Heat and Surface Treatment

Conduct initial piece and routine sampling inspections for hardness, case depth, and cleanliness using hardness testers, microscopes, and visual inspection, while ensuring proper process control.

Final Inspection

Implement a robust sampling inspection plan with appropriate sample sizes, measurement frequencies, and inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, dedicated gauges, and coordinate measuring machines , with adequate training for inspection personnel.
